Recurrent leucorrhoea is common in girls because of the anatomical, physiological and hygienic particularities of this period. However, the presence of an intravaginal foreign body may be an etiology that must be considered in the case of recurrent leucorrhea. We report a case of vaginal foreign body discovered following recurrent leucorrhoea, medically treated without success in a 4-year-old excised girl. The removal of the foreign body was done under general anesthesia and appropriate antibiotic therapy was prescribed. The follow-up was unremarkable.
