Résumé

Behçet's disease (BD) is a systemic vasculitis of vessels of variable size and multifactorial etiology. Neurological involvement of vascular origin known as Angio-Neuro-Behçet (ANB) is a complex form due to its similarity to other higher function disorders (FS), making its diagnosis difficult and uncertain in many cases. Treatment is equally complex, ranging from corticosteroids and immunosuppressants to biotherapies. In our case, corticosteroid therapy combined with optimal-dose azathioprine and curative anticoagulation were sufficient to improve our patient's FS.
