Résumé

The atrium Unique is a rare congenital heart disease that is defined by a complete absence of the interventricular septum and endocardial pad, an absence of ventricular septal defect, an absence of atrioventricular valve malformations. Due to the epidemiological, diagnostic and therapeutic interest and more specifically the anesthesiological management, we report a clinical case of a 9-month-old infant admitted for the management of a stomal prolapse. The infant is a carrier of several congenital malformations: the single atrium, an anorectal malformation and hexadactyly in both thoracic and pelvic limbs. The paraclinical, biological and biochemical assessment was normal. An intraoperative accident of constant desaturation followed by cardiac arrest were reported, the evolution of which was favorable without neurological sequelae.
